Exchanges & Returns:
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help! Please call the store and inform them of the issue. Complaints via email or social media will not be addressed. There are no cash refunds.
The only limitation is that the item must be fully returned to the store to be replaced. It can be returned immediately if convenient. If not convenient, it can be returned at a later date.
We do this for two reasons:
- We want to check and make sure everything was prepared to perfection. If any of our employees made a mistake, we want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We will use it as a training opportunity.
- We want to make sure our awesome return policy isn’t being exploited. Obviously if someone finishes eating a whole pizza, it isn’t fair to ask for a replacement.
Our goal is to keep our prices low and our quality high, we just ask that if there’s a problem with your order, you let us know right away so that we can make it right and everyone is happy.
